Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN)
Location: Bronxville & Yonkers, NY
Assignment Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$32/hr
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting job in Bronxville & Yonkers, NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed providers.
Assist with OB/GYN examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Perform clinical tasks such as vitals, injections, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
Support providers with rooming patients, chart preparation, and documentation in Epic EMR.
Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and general health information.
Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in accordance with infection control standards.
Contribute to departmental performance improvement initiatives.
Float to additional sites as operationally required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Current New York State LPN license and registration.
Knowledge of infection control principles and performance improvement processes.
Understanding of appropriate clinical delegation within LPN scope of practice.
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish.
Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
