IT Project Manager / Scrum Master / Product Owner

Overview:
Lead enterprise healthcare IT initiatives—including EHR upgrades, data modernization, cybersecurity, and interoperability projects—from initiation through go-live and adoption. Ensure project governance, clinical continuity, and compliance while partnering closely with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead full project lifecycle activities: initiation, planning, governance, risk/issue mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Manage cross-functional teams including clinical SMEs, technical leads, vendors, and operational leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and serve as Scrum Master or Product Owner as needed.
Drive change management efforts, training plans, and adoption metrics for clinical rollouts.
Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and scope management.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of IT project leadership experience within healthcare environments.
Hands-on experience with EHR implementations, optimization, and clinical workflow change management.
Experience supporting EHR workflow training and clinician education.
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Tools & Systems:
JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Epic project tools, PowerPoint, Excel.
