Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Emergency Services – Community Hospital for an exciting opportunity in Marion, NC.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of applicable leadership experience; 3+ years preferred.
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or multistate compact license.
Recent Emergency Department Manager experience accepted.
Demonstrated accomplishments and measurable metrics on resume.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for Emergency Services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Manage staffing, planning, and budgetary functions within the department.
Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with facility objectives.
Lead a team of Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) with direct reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.
