Job Title: Nurse Manager NICU – Evening/Night Shifts

Shift: Evening or Night Shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: $95,243.20 – $124,987.20 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Nurse Manager NICU – Evening/Night Shifts for an exciting opportunity in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years recent acute care NICU leadership experience (Manager or Charge Nurse) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Texas RN license or multistate compact license (Texas RN required within 60 days of hire).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in coordinating NICU department activities aligned with the hospital’s mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee performance improvement initiatives and ensure nursing care follows the nursing process with ongoing evaluation.
• Provide clinical support to staff.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in Women’s Services units.
• Manage variable census and FTEs in a growing department.
• Lead a high-impact NICU team in a woman-first environment committed to exceptional neonatal outcomes.
