Pay: $57,283.20 – $85,924.80 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Neuro ICU Registered Nurse – Nights (Rotating Weekends) for an exciting opportunity in Ocala, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience within the last 3 years; candidates with higher acuity experience or strong Med/Surg background considered.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (Florida license must be obtained within 60 days if relocating).
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in the Neuro ICU following established nursing models including Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care plans supporting patient recovery.
• Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle follow-up measures.
• Document care promptly and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
