Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care within a skilled nursing facility. The LPN will support residents’ daily healthcare needs, deliver routine treatments, and ensure a safe and compassionate care environment during night-shift operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly.
Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures as needed.
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation per facility and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care.
Respond to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment throughout the night shift.
Uphold ethical, clinical, and facility standards at all times.
