Local Pay Rate: Up to $34/hr
Traveler Blended Rate: Up to $41/hr
Pay: Varies based on experience
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a committed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Nursing Attendant I to support pediatric patient care across multiple hospital sites in New York City. This role is essential in providing safe, compassionate, and family-centered care. Candidates must be able to float between designated facilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Accurately obtain, document, and report vital signs
Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Transport patients, equipment, and supplies as required
Keep patient care areas clean, organized, and safe
Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
Follow all infection control and hospital safety policies
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Required Qualifications:
Active New York State CNA license
Minimum 1 year of CNA or Nursing Attendant experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to float between assigned hospital locations
Flexibility to work any assigned shift
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with pediatric patients
Background in large hospital systems or academic medical centers
