Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Location: Multiple Locations
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience
• Pediatric emergency exposure required
• Prior travel nursing background must be documented
• Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Active and verifiable state RN license(s)
• EPIC EMR proficiency required

Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent and emergent nursing care for both adult and pediatric patients
• Conduct rapid assessments, triage, and respond to critical events
• Administer medications, interventions, and trauma-based treatment
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain precise documentation in EPIC
• Offer reassurance and clear communication to families in high-stress situations
• Adapt seamlessly to fluctuating patient volumes in a fast-paced ED
