Shift: Day, 5x7.5-Hour (07:30 AM – 03:30 PM)
Duration: 30 weeks
Pay Rate: $50 – $56/hr
Weekly: $1,875 – $2,100

Job Description:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school team in Aurora, CO. The selected candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students. This role involves collaboration with educators, parents, and other specialists to support each student’s communication development and academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.

  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.

  • Stay current with best practices, research, and professional standards in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado.

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.

  • Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to create engaging and effective therapy plans for diverse learners.

  • Knowledge of educational laws, IEP processes, and evidence-based speech-language interventions.
