Job Title: Dietitian – Clinical Nutrition
Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Type: Contract
Duration: 10 Weeks
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (rotating weekends and holidays)
Pay Rate: $48 – $52 per hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Dietitian to provide high-quality nutritional care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans for patients
Provide guidance on specialized diets and nutritional support in an acute care setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document assessments, care plans, and patient progress accurately
Assist with food preparation and operation of nutrition-related equipment as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Clinical Nutrition
New York State Registered Dietitian (RD)
Demonstrated knowledge of acute care nutrition, specialized diets, and nutritional support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle varied job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
