Job Title: Digital Media & Finance Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Bolingbrook, IL; must be local and onsite at least 6 days per month
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and highly organized Digital Media & Finance Coordinator to join a dynamic Retail Media Network team. You will have the chance to work directly with sales and account management teams while helping to shape and optimize key business operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead financial processes for the Retail Media Network, including monthly forecasting in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Manage the contracting process for media campaigns, ensuring accurate and efficient billing.

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day use of Salesforce for the media sales team.

  • Maintain and organize internal tools such as Salesforce, Advendio, Monday.com, and SharePoint.

  • Partner across teams to gather data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions.

  • Pull and analyze reports to support business development and highlight areas of opportunity for the sales team.

  • Drive efficiency and process improvements in all aspects of your work.


Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

  • A problem solver who can work independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

  • Experienced in client services, finance, or billing-related roles.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Salesforce experience is a plus.


Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client services, finance, or billing.

  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
