Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 9 Weeks
Schedule Details:
One week: 4×12-hour shifts = 48 hours
Following week: 3×12-hour shifts = 36 hours

The Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality nursing care within a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervising RN or provider.
Perform wound care, assessments, and nursing interventions as required.
Collaborate with care team members to ensure continuity of resident care.
Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
Accurately complete documentation in the facility’s medical record system.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or changes in patient condition.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Support resident rights, privacy, and dignity in all interactions.
Active and unrestricted LPN license.
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in a post-acute, LTC, rehab, or similar setting (facility may consider strong candidates with equivalent experience).
Ability to work independently on night shift with minimal supervision.
Strong documentation and assessment skills.
Reliable attendance and professional communication skills.
