Shift: Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting job in Tucson, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Aid patients with mobility, transfers, turning, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
Support nursing staff in delivering patient care and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition.
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and monitoring dietary restrictions as instructed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Provide patient comfort measures, including bed-making, hygiene, and organization of personal items.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and effective communication with patients.
Follow infection control protocols, safety procedures, and facility policies.
Transport patients to tests, procedures, or therapy sessions as needed.
Utilize proper body mechanics and assistive equipment such as gait belts, wheelchairs, and lifts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA
