Location: Albuquerque, NM

Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Scheduled Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality nursing care during night operations, ensuring continuous patient support and clinical monitoring. The LPN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to maintain safety, deliver compassionate care, and uphold facility standards throughout the overnight shift.
Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with state LPN practice standards.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain precise documentation of patient status, vital signs, and interventions.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to supervisory staff.
Support RNs and physicians with patient care tasks and clinical procedures.
Assist residents with nightly routines, mobility needs, and personal care activities.
Uphold infection control procedures and ensure a safe environment.
Respond to patient needs and emergencies throughout the night shift.
Communicate effectively with staff during hand-offs to ensure continuity of care.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
