Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Anchorage, AK
Type: Contract
Shift: Variable Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40 – $45/hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident health status and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to implement individualized care plans.
Educate residents and families on health management and care routines.
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Alaska.
Previous experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a flexible schedule.
