A large, high-acuity hospital is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a busy surgical services department. The facility operates 23 ORs and 1 procedure room, providing both elective and emergency surgeries for adult and pediatric patients across a wide range of specialties.
NBSTSA certification required
(Unless candidate previously worked as a Surgical Tech in NY before 2015)
Previous OR/surgical experience required
First-time travelers are welcome
3×12-hour shifts (09:00–21:30)
Call Requirements:
1 on-call shift per week
1 weekend per month
No block scheduling
23 operating rooms + 1 procedure room
Supports both adult and pediatric populations
Handles elective & emergency procedures
Wide range of surgical specialties
