Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift
Location: Eatontown, NJ
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $18 – $20/hr
Job Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Eatontown, NJ. The CNA will provide high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff in a long-term care environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other relevant patient information.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in patient rooms and common areas.
Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks and promptly report any changes in patient condition.
Follow infection control and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Work every other weekend as scheduled to maintain continuity of patient care.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in New Jersey.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assisting patients.
