Job Title: RN – Emergency Room (Adult)
Location: Bronx, NY 10461
Schedule: 34.5 Hours/Week | 11.5 Hours/Day | 3 Days/Week
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $2,415 – $2,484 weekly
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (Adult) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex adult patient cases, remain calm under pressure, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in the Emergency Room.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
Perform IV insertion, phlebotomy, and related clinical tasks.
Assist with conscious sedation and emergency interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and infection control protocols.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Experience with conscious sedation
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Active New York State RN License
Primary Source Verification of license and RN registration through NYSED
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
AHA PALS
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
