Job Title: Registered Nurse (Telemetry Stepdown)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: Up to $1,552.5/Week
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, culturally competent care in a busy Telemetry Stepdown unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. This role follows professional nursing standards—including the ANA Code of Ethics and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act—and offers strong telemetry experience with opportunities to advance toward ICU-level skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive patient care and education.
Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Administer medications safely and track patient responses.
Conduct cardiac monitoring and titrate IV medications as needed.
Support sedation management during cardioversion procedures.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and protect patient confidentiality.
Maintain required competencies through continued learning and training.
Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced care environment.
Required Qualifications:
Nursing diploma or associate degree (BSN preferred).
Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
