Contract Duration: 7 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week | Shift: Flexible/Custom
Pay Rate: $45–$48/hr
Job Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Certified Trauma Registrar to support a Level 1 Trauma Center. This fully remote role requires expertise in trauma data abstraction, registry management, and EMR proficiency. The ideal candidate can work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Abstract, analyze, and enter trauma-related data into the NTRACs Trauma Registry.
Review and validate documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
Maintain trauma registry data in alignment with ACS (American College of Surgeons) standards.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with trauma program leadership, clinicians, and data teams.
Prepare reports for performance improvement, accreditation, and research initiatives.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient confidentiality.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of trauma registry experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and NTRACs Trauma Registry.
Prior remote work experience.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Education & Certifications:
Certified Trauma Registrar (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Master’s Degree (Preferred)
