We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract role in a skilled nursing facility. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, support resident health needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote a safe and supportive environment.
Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to supervising clinicians.
Support wound care, vital signs monitoring, and other routine nursing procedures.
Accurately document all nursing interventions in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to coordinate care.
Respond to urgent or emergent situations following facility protocols.
Assist with activities of daily living to promote resident comfort and well-being.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain).
Current CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.
