Employment Type: Contract – 14 Weeks
Courville at Nashua is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract assignment. The PT will provide high-quality rehabilitation services, support patient mobility goals, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.
Evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Implement strengthening, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training programs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate.
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with facility standards.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to optimize patient recovery.
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and continued care plans.
Support discharge recommendations and care transitions.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, therapy best practices, and facility guidelines.
Foster a positive, patient-centered therapeutic environment.
Active state Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or MSPT).
Prior experience in post-acute, SNF, or rehab settings preferred.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative rehab team.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
