Shift: Night Shift (1st Shift Classification)
Employment Type: Contract – 7 Weeks
Siler City is seeking a dependable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7-week night-shift contract. The LPN will provide direct patient care in accordance with facility standards, support nursing staff, and contribute to a safe and compassionate care environment.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider.
Perform patient assessments and report clinical changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols.
Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
Assist with care planning, patient education, and discharge preparation.
Support interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain adherence to infection control, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
Respond effectively to urgent or emergent clinical situations.
Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
Contribute to a positive and teamwork-focused work culture.
Active LPN license in the state.
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care or rehab preferred).
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
