Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 14-week assignment in a rehabilitation-focused care environment. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to patients requiring recovery, functional improvement, and assistance in activities of daily living.
Conduct evaluations to determine patient needs and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ independence and daily functioning.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress according to professional standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs.
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute settings preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a care team.
