We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week assignment in a rehabilitation-focused setting. This role is ideal for a PT who can step into an urgent need and deliver high-quality therapeutic care. Flexible scheduling options are available, including PRN, full-time, or modified evening hours.
A quick-start bonus of $2,000 is available for candidates who can begin by December 8th.
Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and daily living capabilities.
Document patient assessments, progress notes, and therapy outcomes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercises, and recovery expectations.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, clinical quality, and patient-centered service.
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
Flexibility to support urgent scheduling needs, including optional evening availability.
