Hours per Week: 36–40 hours
Schedule Notes: Overtime begins after 40 hours
Weekly Gross: $2,446/week
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapeutic services across inpatient and outpatient adult settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations for adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, PT/OT teams, and other care providers
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home strategies
Assist with home health care visits as needed
Maintain compliance with facility standards and regulatory guidelines
Active Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)
BLS Certification – American Heart Association (Required)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience with adult populations in both inpatient and outpatient care
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
