A Long-Term Care facility in Hettinger, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team on the night shift. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and clinical excellence during overnight hours.
Night Shift
12-hour shifts
Variable night scheduling
36 hours guaranteed per week
Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation
Support residents’ daily living activities as needed
Follow all facility policies, state regulations, and clinical standards
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in LTC / Skilled Nursing / Nursing Home preferred
Ability to work nights and variable shifts
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
