Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Woodbury, TN.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics.
Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary rehab teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain compliance with facility protocols, professional standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Outpatient experience preferred.
Strong clinical evaluation and therapeutic skills.
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities.
