Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Prescott, AZ
Type: Contract
Shift: 10 PM – 7 AM
Pay Rate: $45/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Prescott, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed, following proper safety protocols.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, catheterization, and other clinical procedures.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team or provider.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
• Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and hygiene when necessary.
• Provide health education and guidance to patients and families regarding treatment plans and at-home care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and facility policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities

Qualifications

• Active Arizona LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required.
