Job Title: Digital Services Content Lead

Overview:
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Digital Services Content Lead for an exciting job in Boston, MA.
Write, edit, and review internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
Monitor and analyze performance of digital content; drive continuous improvements in alignment with web communication best practices.
Identify and resolve website issues such as broken links, formatting inconsistencies, and spelling errors.
Develop and maintain content standards, policies, and guidelines based on best practices and organizational requirements.
Support Digital Services operations by improving processes, enhancing customer service, and ensuring timely delivery of content tasks.
Coordinate the use of the Content Management System (CMS), provide CMS support, and organize CMS training for content authors.
Work with business partners to understand digital content needs, prioritize enhancements, and manage major content updates.
Recommend digital authoring and publishing tools to improve workflow and user experience.
Ensure all content meets accessibility standards, including WCAG compliance and plain language requirements.
Track analytics and user feedback for the intranet; review site performance monthly, maintain governance documents, and lead the Steering Committee.
Oversee public-facing content to ensure compliance with state guidelines, manage content author/editor permissions, and facilitate monthly content reviews.
Support social media initiatives, including posting videos and producing newsletters.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in digital writing, editing, and content development.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing digital accessibility best practices.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to evaluate content from an end-user perspective.
Working knowledge of Web authoring tools, CMS platforms, information architecture, and digital publishing.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and translate business requirements.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
Experience collaborating in team-oriented settings and providing leadership or supervising teams.
Strong customer service orientation with understanding of communications and marketing principles.
Familiarity with project management processes.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web content design, implementation, and support.
