Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
The Licensed Nursing Assistant will provide essential patient care and support within a long-term care or rehabilitation environment. This role requires reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist residents with daily living tasks while ensuring safety and comfort.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.
Take and record vital signs accurately.
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
Active LNA/CNA certification in good standing.
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to work the required day shift schedule and every-other-weekend rotation.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely.
