Physical Therapy Provider

Pay Range: $40–$55/hour 

Summary 

The Physical Therapy Provider delivers individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring movement and enhancing functional independence. 

Core Duties 

• Conduct assessments and design specialized therapy plans. 

• Carry out manual therapy, exercise-based interventions, and functional training. 

• Reevaluate patient progress and adjust treatments. 

• Guide patients and families on home exercise regimens. 

• Work closely with the broader clinical team. 

• Maintain compliant documentation and progress notes. 

Requirements 

• Accredited PT degree. 

• Active Physical Therapy license. 

• CPR/BLS certification. 

• Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.
