Mobility & Function Physical Therapist 

Contract Position • Multiple Locations • $40–$55/hr 

Summary 

The Mobility & Function Physical Therapist helps patients regain strength, balance, and mobility through individualized therapy plans and evidence-based techniques. 

Essential Tasks 

• Evaluate mobility limitations and establish treatment priorities. 

• Provide exercises, stretching, strengthening, and manual therapy. 

• Operate specialized rehabilitation equipment. 

• Analyze progress and refine therapies. 

• Offer instruction for home-based care routines. 

• Collaborate closely with healthcare peers. 

• Maintain accurate records. 

Qualifications 

• PT degree and active licensure. 

• CPR/BLS certification. 

• Experience preferred but not mandatory.
