Physical Therapist - PTGA

Job Title: Physical Therapist 
Location: Multiple Locations 
Type: Contract 
Pay Rate: $40-$55/hour 

Job Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist. 

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. 

• Implement therapy programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities. 

• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use of specialized equipment. 

• Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. 

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques. 

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. 

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. 

Requirements: 

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. 

• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in the current state. 

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply. 

• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification 

Skills: Strong communication, patient care, and documentation abilities; proficiency with EHR systems preferred.
