Emergency Services RN – Adult & Pediatric - RNERGA

Job Title: Emergency Services RN – Adult & Pediatric 

Location: Multiple Locations  
Type: Contract 
Pay Rate: $40–$70/hour** 

Position Overview: 

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing 

• Must have pediatric ED competency 

• Verified travel RN background 

• Two ED Charge/Manager references needed 

• ED-focused skills checklist required 

• Valid driver’s license matching records 

• Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC 

• Active RN licensure across all states previously worked 

• Must have EPIC charting experience 

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver frontline care to emergent patients across age groups 

• Perform triage, assessments, and rapid interventions 

• Manage trauma, medication delivery, and acute decompensation 

• Engage collaboratively with ED interdisciplinary teams 

• Keep thorough documentation through EPIC 

• Provide updates, teaching, and emotional support to families 

• Work effectively under fast-moving conditions
