Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 10-week contract assignment. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care during overnight hours, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to care plans. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established standards and individualized patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and complete required treatments.
Document patient care, observations, and changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient health and overall unit efficiency.
Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment throughout the shift.
Provide support during emergencies and respond appropriately to patient needs.
Active and valid LPN license in the state of assignment.
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care or acute care preferred).
Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts.
Must be available to work every other weekend.
Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills.
