Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Kingston, TN.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional ability.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Strong clinical evaluation and therapeutic skills.
Ability to manage an independent caseload effectively.
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities.
