Job Title: Travel RN – MS/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Unit Schedule: Night Shift
Pay Rate: $65- $68 Per hour
Shift:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12 hours)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12 hours)

Job Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (MS/Tele) for an exciting job in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and clinical status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress accurately in the EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, and patient families.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in compliance with hospital policies.
• Support patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Ohio or compact state).
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
