Shift: Day Shift | 06:30 AM – 07:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and high-quality care in a rehabilitation setting. The RN will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and support recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and facility policies.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact state eligibility).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; prior experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
