Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Neptune, NJ 07754
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $50 – $52 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting job in Neptune, NJ.
Administer respiratory therapy under medical direction, including education, treatment, management, diagnostic evaluation, and patient care.
Assist with intubation procedures, ventilator setup, and ongoing management.
Evaluate patient needs through assessments, tests, and consultations with healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Build positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to support treatment goals.
Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Strong adaptability to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-care skills.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care License.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required).
