Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Location: Olympia, WA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (or as applicable)
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Up to 40 hrs/week as needed)
Float: No floating required
Overtime: Must be pre-approved by Director
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a diverse caseload and focuses on restoring function, mobility, and improving overall patient outcomes.
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
Communicate and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Manage a full outpatient caseload with productivity expectations.
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
Patient Load: ~12–14 patients/day
Productivity Expectation: ~60 visits/week
Double-booking of follow-up visits should be expected.
Experience:
Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
First-time travelers accepted.
Licensure & Certifications:
Active Washington State PT License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Current BLS Certification (AHA).
If candidate resides within 50 miles, local pay rates apply.
Role includes guaranteed 36 hours/week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours based on clinic needs.
