Travel Pay: $56–$60/hr
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioral Health for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Responsibilities:
Perform clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
Provide crisis intervention and connect patients with community resources.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and managed care standards.
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts LCSW license.
CPI and BLS certifications required.
Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills.
