Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (08:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 30-minute lunch included)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Orientation: 16 Hours (Non-billable)

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment. The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments to patients under the direction of Radiation Oncologists, following established clinical protocols and safety standards.
Administer radiation treatments to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
Operate linear accelerators and associated radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively.
Verify patient identity and treatment site to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
Maintain accurate treatment documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Monitor patient condition and communicate any concerns to the clinical care team.
Work collaboratively with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and support personnel.
ARRT Certification (Radiation Therapy)
State Licensure (South Carolina or eligibility)
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Contracted staff may be required to float to other units or nearby campuses based on census needs. Floating will only occur to areas where:
The therapist is clinically qualified, and
Competencies are demonstrated and documented
The goal is to keep staff within their primary department whenever possible.
