Position Title: Occupational Therapist

Shift: Days (5x8)
Duration: 24 Weeks
Pay Rate: $47 – $50/hr ($1,880 – $2,000/week)
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting job in Flagstaff, AZ.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy to restore or enhance function and independence.
Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with PT, Speech, and Nursing teams.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Educate patients and families on goals and exercises.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (accredited program).
Active AZ OT license.
Experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
