Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting required
