Role Overview: The Nursing Manager of Case Management will provide strategic and operational leadership across care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning to ensure optimal clinical, financial, and patient experience outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of case management, including discharge planning and length-of-stay (LOS) optimization
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, payers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Monitor utilization metrics, regulatory compliance, and hospital performance indicators
• Lead team development through staff education, mentorship, and performance improvement initiatives
• Drive high-quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and process efficiency

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in hospital-based case management
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
