Title: Technical SAP Business Analyst – Project Lead
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months | Contract
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Technical SAP Business Analyst – Project Lead for an exciting job in Columbia, SC.
Analyze and document business processes; recommend system and workflow improvements.
Support upgrades, testing (UAT), and implementation of SAP and related systems.
Develop user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to ensure data accuracy.
Manage project plans, track progress, and support risk mitigation.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to align business and technical objectives.
Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy standards (NIST, HIPAA, FLSA).
3+ years with HRIS systems (SAP preferred).
5+ years with HR/payroll processes, documentation, and reporting.
Strong skills in process analysis, workflow improvement, and data visualization.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of information security and IT project lifecycles.
