Position Overview: Seeking a Manager of Medical-Surgical Services to lead daily operations and nursing staff within a high-volume Med Surg unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient care quality, staffing, and throughput
• Implement performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary services
• Manage departmental budgets and staffing schedules
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in Med Surg
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
