Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee laboratory operations, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Ensure CAP/CLIA regulatory compliance and maintain full accreditation readiness.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, performance, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Partner with physicians and clinical leadership on diagnostic and operational priorities.
• Implement and sustain process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Qualifications:
• Active Florida Laboratory Director license (or eligibility/equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
