Pay Range: $45 – $51/hr ($1,620 – $1,836/week)
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting job in Neptune, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory therapy treatments, diagnostic evaluations, patient education, and disease management.
Assist with intubations and manage ventilators, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment.
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized respiratory care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and equipment use.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
Document all respiratory care activities and patient progress accurately and timely.
Participate in departmental initiatives and comply with all organizational policies and care standards.
Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients, families, and staff.
Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; High school diploma or equivalent required.
Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
BLS (AHA) required; ACLS and PALS required.
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability in fast-paced settings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-focused care.
